Keyword Discovery

Reduce your reliance on other paid tools and carry out your complete keyword research all within Keyword Insights.

Keyword Discovery lets you quickly input a seed keyword and generate hundreds of related and similar terms.

These keywords can then be easily put back through our clustering algorithm, so you know which pages and how many pages you need to create to cover a topic comprehensively. All without leaving Keyword Insights.

Keyword Discovery currently has three different options.

1. Seed keyword

2. Domain

3. URL Prefix

Seed keyword

Using this option, you can Input your seed keyword and get up to 5,000 related keywords. (when it's available) Type your keyword, select location, and language. Click search.

Domain

Using this option, you can Input your domain and get up to 5,000 keywords it's currently ranking for. (when it's available) This is recommended for small/new websites only.

Select "Domain". Type your root domain (without https or www), and select location and language. Click search.

URL Prefix

Using this option, you can Input your URL and get up to 5,000 keywords it's currently ranking for. (when it's available) This is the recommended method when doing competitor keyword research.

Select "URL Prefix". Type your root URL(without https or www), and select location and language. Click search.

After a few seconds, we will bring you thousands of relevant keywords for your seed term/domain/URL.

With the seed keyword search, you'll land on the overview page, designed to provide valuable keyword insights and SERPs intelligence.

This helps you assess whether the topic is worth pursuing. Within this section, you can gauge the keyword's competitiveness and trending patterns. It's your go-to place for making informed decisions about your content strategy.

1. Keyword overview: This shows the average monthly search volume for the seed term.

2. Keyword category: This shows which category the seed term belongs to.

3. Keyword list: This shows you all the related keywords for your seed term, combined search volume, and CPC data. Click the "View All" button to see the keyword list.

4. Keyword trend: This shows the Google trends data for the seed term.

5. SERP preview: This shows a real-time render of the actual SERPs for the seed term.

The next step is to apply filters to fine-tune the results.

We have two ways to filter keywords.

Use this option to apply filters manually. Click 'Filters'

AI smart filter

This innovative feature lets you type your filter preferences in plain English, and our AI engine will automatically filter for you.

e.g., 'Get all keywords with near me.'

This feature is still in beta and will improve over time. We appreciate your feedback to help improve this feature.

What do I do after using Keyword Discovery?

The next step is to cluster the keywords. You can do this easily with a click of a button.

After your keyword selection, click the "Cluster" button.

Fill in the details and submit your project for clustering.
