How to top-up credits

You can top up clustering credits as a pay-as-you-go customer. When you top up credits, unlike the monthly subscription credits, they never expire, but they're slightly more expensive than what you get from a monthly subscription.

You can also do that if you're a monthly subscriber and want to buy additional credit top-ups. You will be charged based on your monthly subscription pricing tier.

So, it's always cheaper to have a monthly subscription.

How do I top-up credits without a subscription?

Method #1

Go to Clustering -> Click the Top-up button -> Add the necessary credits.

Method #2

Go to Clustering -> Fill the project details -> Upload the CSV file with your keywords -> We will calculate the necessary credits. Click to buy.

How do I top-up credits with a subscription?

Go to settings -> Subscription -> Click the + icon near the pay-as-you-go credits.

Type how many credits you want to purchase, and the price will be automatically calculated.

Click buy and make the purchase.

Click 'Pay' to be redirected to the settings page.

How can I use top-up clustering credits?

We will always use your subscription credits first. Once these credits are exhausted, we will use your pay-as-you-go credits.

It's not possible to choose between different types of clustering credits at the moment.
