What is your refund policy?

According to our Refund Policy, We do not offer any refunds. All purchases are final.

Conditional Refunds

We offer refunds in certain rare cases, which are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

A decision may take up to 7 days.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days from your initial service sign-up date.

What happens to my data and account after a refund?

If a refund is issued:

  • All customer data, including credits, projects, and the account itself, will be permanently deleted

  • Once deleted, this data is non-recoverable, and the account cannot be restored.

  • This deletion is immediate, and the cancellation policy does not apply in cases where a refund is issued.
